2015 Cabernet Franc

Sourced from Brave and Maiden Vineyard and fermented 100% destemmed with minimal manipulation.
This bold and spicy red will leave your nose in the glass. It is lovely when first uncorked but will continue to open up with decanting or time in bottle.
This food friendly wine can be shared with almost any meal: roast pork, poultry, beef, game, sausage, soft cheeses and even hearty fish dishes.
2016 Sauvignon Blanc

Sourced from Faith Vineyard in Los Olivos, Ca.
Handpicked and pressed after 12 hours of skin contact with the fruit.
Non-inoculated fermentation in neutral French oak, aged for 8 months.
This bright acid, true to varietal wine is perfect by itself on a hot summer day or paired with fruit, fish, chicken or hard cheeses.
2016 Aurora White
48 Cases produced.
Co-fermented white blend picked on a single day, consisting of 40% Sauvignon Blanc from Coquelicot Vineyard, 20% Viognier from McGinley Vineyard, 20% Sémillon and 20% Roussanne from Refugio Ranch.
Each lot was separately foot stomped and left on the skins for about 6 hours of contact to add richness and complexity.
This is the white wine for red wine drinkers.
With lower acid and bold, evolving aromatics, this is a great food wine pairing excellently with pork, poultry, soft cheeses, spicy and Asian flavors.
